  This is the worst physical therapy experience I had in my life. I had had a fractured humorous with 4 partially torn muscles, and a torn labrum (joint capsule). My arm was just a week out of my brace, and the female physical therapist just took my arm and yanked it over my head repeatedly. I had tears in my eyes, I was struggling to keep from openly sobbing. It was excruciating pain. She did not give me any warm up, or standing bent over rotational exercises to mobilize the shoulder joint at all. I have never experienced anything like this. She said, and I quote: 'In my profession we are allowed to hurt people'. I would not refer anyone or recommend this female therapist to anyone. I would say, stay away. Results and Alliance Physical Therapy in Ooltewah treated me compassionately and worked within my pain threshold. (I had to switch from Results to Alliance due to my insurance issues). This Therapist tortured me. I think she is very inexperienced and certainly uncaring (toward me). I have been to about 7 different PTs in my life, due to injuries. This one is NOT recommended.
