- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My mom needed a pacemaker and her doctor recommened Dr Cooper. We are so glad he did. She has received excellent care from Dr Cooper.She has many years of experience with heart issues, but a pacemaker was new. And we were anxious and needed someone who would explain what to expect. He has a pacemaker to show and takes his time to tell how it works and what to expect. The surgery went well, he has been doing this for several years.
