- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointed today. Not only was our amazing Dr. Grotefendt not there but my son's first experience here and he's met with a very rude check-in receptionist. THEY had both of my son's appointments wrong but they proceeded to discuss into the whole lobby that my son's had the wrong times. Then when I made the appointment I scheduled one for a strep test. They were trying to give the strep test to the wrong son. My boys are grown. I had to drive all the way from work to have the attitude towards not just my first son checking in but then my second son who showed up for his appointment. If you can't greet with a smile and do customer service you do not need to be in this field!! Doctors and staff are very professional and very well liked.
